WIRE EDM VICE
This is designed to hold work pieces on CNC wire cut machine. It has a thickness of 22mm and
it can hold work pieces upto 150mm length. It is provided with fine pitch brass allen screws for
finer levelling adjustment. A “V” block can also be attached to the fixed jaw of vice for
holding round jobs upto 50mm Diameter.

Material : Stainless Steel, Hardened.

It is a true quick clamping tool and saves precious clamping time,
thereby, improving the productivity of machine.

HORIZONTAL SCREW TYPE VICE
Perfectly ground finish and accuracy. Very useful on CNC wire EDM machine for very accurate clamping of precise jobs. Swivel and Sine base are available.

ROUND JOB HOLDER
This tool is capable of holding round jobs from 10mm to 75mm. It is made from stainless material, hardened
and precision ground to 5 micron tolerance. It is 30mm thick and provided with fine pitch levelling allen screws.

The moving part is guided on two pins. Smooth movement is facilitated by
putting lenear bearing in the moving part. The clamping is by means of two M10 Allen studs.

WIRE EDM TOOLING KIT
Clamping kit for CNC wire EDM machine consists of
a) Auxiliary base (2 bridges)  b) Extension base set (2 nos)
c) Set of parallel clamps (4"-1 nos, 6 "-1 nos)
d) Step clamps (4 nos)

all items are made from stainless steel, hardened and precision ground.

INDEXING HEAD FOR WIRECUT
We have developed a simple indexing head for wire EDM machine to cut the jobs or
components at designed angles. Angles can be set with accuracy of 2 minutes.
The indexing head can be supplied with Stainless Steel Three jaw chuck
or Stainless Steel vice as a work holder.
